The Park Medical Centre now has a Patient Participation Group. The aim of the group is to help improve the services we provide through communication with the Practice and other Patients.
The Group has previously assisted in surveying patients to find out what they thought of the current telephone system and services provided generally.
Although there were many positive comments regarding all services and staff it is clear the most patients are not satisfied with the telephone system we have at present.
We are therefore considered various systems and have improved our telephone access by converting to digital telephone lines and increasing our capacity by 100%.
